Laser Vision Correction Fee Structure

Global Fee for custom LASIK or PRK is $3995 for all prescriptions
$500 additional charge per eye for PresbyLASIK

Global Fee includes:

• procedure for BOTH Eyes
• all pre-operative and post-operative care for one year
• all necessary medications and eyedrops following the procedure
• enhancements, if necessary for 2 years following the procedure
   

We Offer The Following Payment Options:  

• Option A
  • Payment in full by cash, cashier's check, VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
     
• Option B
  • Extended payment options are available. You may contact our office for
    details, or apply on-line directly with our financial service provider.

No interest Payment Plans:

• 3,6,12,18 month plan options
• No interest if the balance is paid within the specified time period

Extended Payment Plans:

• 24, 36, 48 & 60 month plan options
• For treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000
• 13.90% interest rate
• Payments as low as $30 on a $1,000 treatment fee
