Global Fee for custom LASIK or PRK is $3995 for all prescriptions
$500 additional charge per eye for PresbyLASIK

Global Fee includes:

• procedure for BOTH Eyes
• all pre-operative and post-operative care for 2 years
• all necessary medications and eyedrops following the procedure
• enhancements, if necessary for 2 years following the procedure
